Suite Modules

GoLive

Live video conferencing in WordPress. One unified interface over Jitsi-as-a-Service, Zoom, and VivoMeeting — plus a built-in SMTP router for all transactional email.

Two things in one module

GoLive bundles two capabilities:

  1. Video conferencing — schedule, host, and record meetings through external providers, wrapped in a WordPress-native UI
  2. SMTP router — a shared transactional email layer for every Suite module (also available standalone as Wigmorean SMTP)

Video providers

ProviderBest forAuth
Jitsi-as-a-Service (JaaS)Embedded meetings, custom domainApp ID + JWT key
ZoomLarge webinars, familiar UXOAuth app
VivoMeetingBuilt-in scheduling + paymentAPI key

Configure providers in GoLive → Providers. Credentials live in the Credentials Vault.

Scheduling a meeting

  1. Go to GoLive → Meetings → New
  2. Enter title, date, duration
  3. Pick a provider (or let GoLive pick based on invitee count — JaaS for < 50, Zoom for 50+)
  4. Add invitees (Users, Contacts, or free-text emails)
  5. Save — invitees get calendar invites with the join link

Joining

Invitees click the link in their email. If they're logged in, they join directly. If not, they enter name + email on a waiting-room page, then proceed. Hosts join from the meeting admin page.

Recordings

Recordings are enabled per meeting or per provider default. Files are uploaded to your configured storage (S3 or Bunny Storage via Media) and linked back to the meeting record for playback.

SMTP router

Every Suite module that sends email routes through GoLive's SMTP layer. The router supports multiple connections — Brevo, SendGrid, Mailgun, generic SMTP — and picks based on the email's category (transactional, marketing, system).

See the standalone Wigmorean SMTP docs for connection setup, email log, and DNS check. The Suite module has the same interface — a single admin screen serves both.

Brevo API branch

For Brevo specifically, GoLive uses Brevo's transactional email API (HTTP POST to /v3/smtp/email) rather than SMTP — faster and gives better deliverability feedback. Other API providers (SendGrid, Mailgun) currently go through SMTP; the API branch for those is stubbed for a future release.
