Building a form
- Go to Wigmorean → Forms → New Form
- Drag field types from the left palette onto the canvas
- Click any field to configure label, placeholder, validation, logic
- Reorder with drag-and-drop; delete with the trash icon
- Preview, save, embed with

Conditional logic
Show or hide fields based on earlier answers. Example: "If country == 'US', show State field". Chain any number of rules (AND/OR). Logic runs client-side instantly and server-side at submit for validation.
Multi-step forms
Add Step break elements to split a long form into pages. The builder shows progress breadcrumbs; state autosaves per step so partial completions aren't lost.
Submissions
Every submission lands in the Submissions table. Each entry shows: submitter, timestamp, IP, user agent, every field value, uploaded files. Export all submissions as CSV. Search and filter by any field.
Notifications
On submit, Forms can:
- Email an admin (custom template)
- Email the submitter (auto-reply)
- Post to a webhook (any URL you specify)
- Create or update a CRM Contact
- Trigger an automation
Notifications respect conditional logic — only send email if "Interested in demo" was checked.
Spam protection
- Honeypot field (invisible; only bots fill it)
- Time-based (submissions in < 2 seconds rejected)
- Optional reCAPTCHA v3 or hCaptcha
- IP rate limiting
