Every mailbox includes webmail, IMAP, SMTP, and a spam/malware filter. Mix and match tiers across users on the same domain.
Adding a mailbox
- Go to Wigmorean Cloud → Email → Mailboxes
- Click New Mailbox
- Pick the domain (any domain you've added to your account)
- Enter the local part (e.g.,
salesgives yousales@yourdomain.com) - Set the initial password (the user can change it later)
- Choose Standard or Pro storage
- Save
DNS records you need
When you add the first mailbox on a domain, we install these records automatically if the domain uses our DNS. If it uses external DNS, copy them over:

Configure any email client with:

Every user can log in at https://mail.wigmorean.cloud. Full-featured webmail — folders, search, rules, vacation autoresponder, contact book, calendar. Mobile-responsive.
Aliases. Aliases are free —
info@, support@, noreply@. Each alias routes to one or more real mailboxes. Create them from Email → Aliases.
